Ask your fleet admin for the invite code, then enter it on the "Join a Fleet" screen when you first open the app.
How do I add a vehicle?
Admins can tap the "+" button on the Fleet dashboard to add a vehicle with make, model, license plate, and lockbox code.
How do I reset the daily checklist?
Checklists automatically become stale after 24 hours. Admins can also manually reset a vehicle's checklist from within the vehicle detail screen.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete My Account. You'll be asked to confirm with your app password. All your data will be permanently removed.
I forgot my app password. What do I do?
Contact your fleet admin to reset it, or email us at support@fleetpigeon.com and we'll assist you.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Use the Delete My Account option in Settings, or email support@fleetpigeon.com with your request and we'll process it within 30 days.
